Preparations
- We will develop a list of professional vendors
- We will negotiate with caterers, and all other vendors
- We will become the liaison between you and the vendors
- We will create a reception site floor plan
- We will retain copies of vendor contracts and contact vendors prior to event
Rehearsal
- We will work with the wedding party to understand the events of the wedding
- We will rehearse the wedding party through the ceremony until we feel that we have everyone ready to make the day perfect
Wedding Day
- We will coordinate and manage the set up of the ceremony and reception details
- We will assist you with making sure that you have what you need to get ready for your day
- We will handle all emergencies
